These images are from the Bible belonging to the family of Jacob Baker Falconbury who was born in Decatur County, Indiana in 1844, and died in Ellis, Kansas in 1912.  Denis Vine, a descendant of Jacob's, donated these pages to this web site. Also included in the Bible were obituaries cut from newspapers.

• The first page contains an obituary for Jacob Baker's wife, Ruth Etta (Sharp) Falconbury, which was taken from the Plainville, Kansas newspaper Plainville Times, dated March 3, 1921.

• The second page contains two obituaries for Jacob and Ruth's son Wilbert Perry Falconberry; one from the Ellis, Kansas Ellis Review dated February 2, 1923, and the other from the Plainville Times dated February 8, 1923.
