Two different sources conflict regarding Benjamin's birth; one shows him being born "about 1802" while another shows his birthdate as "about 1805".

Listed as "Benj Falconberry", he was the grantee of 100 acres of land at Buck Creek in Lincoln County, Kentucky (survey date, Jul 31, 1821; Recorded in Book 1, Page 192). Benjamin married Polly Wheeldon, daughter of John Wheeldon and Catherine, on 12 Feb 1821 in Lincoln County, Kentucky.¹ (Polly Wheeldon died on 25 Mar 1843 ⁵ and was buried in Mar 1843 in Forrest Hill Cemetery, Jackson Township, Kentucky ⁴.)
